Strong analysis skills should complement your design and development experience.

As an experienced Controls Engineer, you should have several years of automation industry experience. You should possess a strong background in control system design, PLC programming, SCADA implementation and field configuration of instrumentation. You should have a history in successful shop floor commissioning of automation installations and upgrades.

As an experienced Project Manager, you should have 5+ years experience managing medium to large systems development projects with teams of 1 - 10 individuals. You should have experience supporting the entire SDLC, including:

• Customer Requirements
• Functional Specs
• Technical Design
• Configuration
• Development of Information Systems

You should be PMP certified and have a track record of successfully managing project objectives, risks, timelines, teams and deliverables.
