Brad Walker, President

With an extensive background in business management and manufacturing, coupled with a desire to provide exceptional customer service, Brad provides ASECO with a solid foundation of leadership and vision.

Brad's experience spans more than 20 years. Prior to joining ASECO, Brad held senior executive positions with several premier organizations. Most recently as Managing Director of the largest PC manufacturer in the UK he brought the company into the black with profits of £2 million, improved on-time delivery by 40 points to 90%, and reduced shrinkage/scrap by £700K per year. Brad is a results driven, decisive leader who embodies the culture and beliefs of ASECO and its founders.
Brad holds a M.B.A. from the University of Toronto, a Master of Engineering, Management Science; and a Bachelor of Engineering, Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.

Robert Peters, P.Eng, CEO

As CEO and co-founder of ASECO Integrated Systems, Mr. Robert Peters has over 20 years expertise as a manager and engineer in the manufacturing industry.

Highly determined and focused on quality, Rob has been a driving force and an integral part of ASECO's consistent rise as a premier systems integrator. Under Rob's direction, ASECO has been able to expand its core business to include Control Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Execution Systems and Consulting.

Recognized for his leadership and commitment to customer service, Rob is actively involved in positioning the organization for growth and ensuring that ASECO continues to maintain the high standards for quality and customer service that have been the company's hallmark.

Jeff Peters, P.Eng, Executive Director / CTO

As co-founder of ASECO Integrated Systems, Mr. Jeffery Peters currently holds the position of Executive Director and guides the overall technical direction of the company in his role as CTO. With over 20 in systems integration, Jeff's experience extends beyond his formal training as an Electrical Engineer as he demonstrates an excellent understanding of the MES arena and the numerous verticals in which we operate, including food and beverage, automotive, and textiles.

Jeff's technical, management and leadership skills have been a driving force in ASECO's consistent growth over the last two decades as well as its reputation for delivering premier solutions resulting in significant repeat business from many clients.

Mike Grasley, P.Eng, Director Consulting

Michael Grasley joined ASECO Integrated Systems Ltd. in 1991 and has held technical and management positions in both the Controls Engineering and MES groups prior to taking on his current role of Director, Consulting. In this role Mike has overall responsibility for ASECO's consulting practice, which focuses on Performance Improvement for manufacturing operations. Michael also works with clients and internal ASECO teams in areas such as best practices for manufacturing information and automation systems, integration of plant floor systems with corporate systems, adaptation of new technologies into current processes, and the development of long-term manufacturing information system plans.

Michael has served on the board of MESA, is active with the ISA-95/MESA working group, and has made numerous presentations at industry conferences.

Michael Peters, MES Business Development

Mike Peters is focused on the development of MES customers with tool-based software solutions. Michael's many years of experience in product distribution and OEM electronics manufacturing brings a practical and realistic approach to working with customers. His various roles in operations, sales and management have provided a broad exposure to the competing needs of manufacturing and business operations.

Sheri Williams, P.Eng, MES Development Manager

Sheri brings over 15 years of manufacturing and manufacturing systems experience to her role as Manager of the MES practice at ASECO. She has held both technical and managerial positions, successfully designing, developing and implementing hundreds of MES solutions for her clients. She has extensive knowledge of the manufacturing environment and hands on experience integrating Controls, MES and ERP systems to improve her client's competitive advantage.

In her current role, Sheri draws upon her significant experience to drive and shape the MES business, mentor her team, and deliver quality solutions to her clients.

Sheri is a professional engineer, holding a bachelors degree in Systems Design Engineering.

Tim Wilson, ACS Development Manager

Tim Wilson joined ASECO in 1991 and has almost 25 years experience in the Control Systems integration field. Tim has managed and delivered numerous projects in a wide variety of industries including automotive, chemical, metals, power generation, material handling, packaging and food processing involving various PLC, DCS and SCADA platforms. In his current role as manager of the Control Systems Integration team Tim provides day to day operational oversight along with technical assistance and mentoring.
